Use Outside Japan and Disclaimer of Liability

This product is designed and manufactured solely for use in Japan.

If the product is purchased, installed, or used outside Japan,

the purchaser is solely responsible for confirming compliance with all applicable electrical standards,

power supply requirements, installation requirements, product safety regulations, and other laws and regulations of the country or region in which the product will be used.

 

For use outside Japan, we provide no voluntary product warranty, repair warranty, replacement, refund, or other voluntary warranty or guarantee of any kind.

The purchaser assumes responsibility for the installation and use of the product outside Japan.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall have no liability for any malfunction, damage, accident, property damage, indirect, incidental, consequential, or other loss or damage of any kind arising out of or relating to the purchase, installation, or use of the product outside Japan.

We shall also have no liability for any loss or damage arising from power supply conditions outside Japan; the use of transformers, plug adapters, power supplies, or other external equipment; improper installation; misuse; modification; disassembly; or use contrary to the instruction manual.

Nothing in this disclaimer excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

By purchasing this product, the purchaser acknowledges and agrees that the product is designed and manufactured solely for use in Japan and that the above terms apply to any use of the product outside Japan.

海外での使用および免責について

本製品は、日本国内での使用のみを前提として設計・製造された製品です。

日本国外で本製品を購入、設置または使用する場合、購入者は、使用国・地域における電気規格、電源電圧、設置基準、製品安全規制その他の法令・規則への適合性を自らの責任において確認するものとします。

日本国外での使用について、当社は製品保証、修理保証、交換、返金その他いかなる任意の保証も提供しません。

購入者は、日本国外における本製品の設置および使用を自己の責任において行うものとします。

適用法令により認められる最大限の範囲において、当社は、日本国外における本製品の購入、設置または使用に起因または関連して生じた故障、破損、事故、財産上の損害、間接損害、付随的損害、結果的損害その他一切の損害について責任を負いません。

また、海外の電源環境、変圧器、変換プラグ、電源装置その他の外部機器の使用、不適切な設置、誤使用、改造、分解または取扱説明書に反する使用に起因する損害についても、当社は責任を負いません。

ただし、本免責条項は、適用される法令により免除または制限することのできない当社の責任を免除または制限するものではありません。

購入者は、本製品が日本国内専用として設計・製造された製品であること、および日本国外での使用には上記条件が適用されることを理解し、これに同意した上で購入するものとします。
